You have the option to end your contract with PiPO on a monthly basis if you pay monthly. The contract time is 12 months when paying annually, and it can be terminated three months before it ends. Otherwise, another year will be added to the contract.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to provide prorated refunds if you decide to cancel. You won't be charged any more fees, and your account will continue to be active until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. You won't be charged if you canceled during your free trial.

No, there aren't any additional monthly fees in addition to the base charge. There will be a one-time setup cost based on the size of your business when you first set up your account. If you use casual management that charge credits per successful login, you can pay additional cost if you exceed your monthly credits.
Your billing period begins on the day you join up, and it is automatically payable on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly basis. For instance, if you choose the monthly payment option, you will be invoiced on the 5th of each month if you sign up on let’s say 5th January..
